Royaume Uni, Départ en manifestation de Dale Farm : “Vous ne pouvez pas nous prendre notre dignité”

A 16h45 aujourd'hui, le 20 Octobre 2011, les résidents de Dale Farm et leurs soutiens quitteront conjointement le site, entamant ainsi la prochaine étape de la bataille contre l'expulsion du site, qui les a mené jusqu'alors de cours de justice en barricades et manifestations. La décision de quitter le site ensemble vise à démontrer l'unité des résidents et de leurs soutiens après deux mois de présence militante sur le site via le Camp Constant.

L'iniziativa è promossa dalla sede dell’Unione Inquilini della Campania nel cuore dei quartieri dove il potere della criminalità organizzata è più forte. Partecipano decine di artisti, associazioni nazionali e locali, sacerdoti di frontiera, esponenti politici, tra cui il nuovo sindaco della città, e moltissime persone impegnate direttamente nel contrasto alle mafie. L'iniziativa si inserisce nel quadro delle Giornate Mondiali Sfratti Zero che si stanno svolgendo in tutto il mondo.

Deux initiatives marquent en ce mois d’octobre 2011 l’activité de l’Union des Locataires (Unione Inquilini) et ce, à l’occasion des Journées Mondiales pour la campagne “Zéro Expulsions” organisée dans le monde entier. Il s’agit, d’une part, du lancement de la Campagne nationale contre les loyers illégaux, pour un juste loyer et contre les expulsions et, d’autre part, d’une manifestation-spectacle contre la camorra à Naples, le 22 octobre 2011.

Il 7 aprile del 2011 di buon mattino, Daria Faggi,assieme ad altri compagni dell’Unione Inquilini e del movimento per la casa, siè recata dove si sarebbe dovuto dare corso a uno sfratto forzoso neiconfronti di un inquilino con unagravissima situazione economica e in una condizione di reale indigenza. Per questa sua azione solidale, improvvisamente,alla fine di settembre, ha ricevuto un avviso di garanzia dalla Procura dellaRepubblica di Livorno. Del tuttopretestuoso e assurdo. Ma i picchetti anti sfratto non si fermeranno né aLivorno, né nelle altre città italiane.

Calling out to all activists and legal observers – about the Dale Farm eviction this week!
The eviction at Dale Farm is set to start on Monday 19th September at the very beginning of World Zero Evictions Days – World Habitat Days!We are calling on supporters to come and help them stop the eviction or act as human rights monitors.
Some of us will be engaging in civil disobedience to prevent homes from being bulldozed.The eviction, estimated to cost 19.2 million pounds, would involve smashing chalets and mobile-homes, and physically forcing up to 90 families, including children, the elderly and infirm, to leave the district, impoverished and with nowhere legally to live.
