To defend those displaced due to climate change and to save the population of Kiribati!

The International Inhabitants Alliance (IAI) invites you to take part in the consultation to support the Charter of Universal Responsibilities (CUR) and   the urgency of the situation of environmental objectives due to climate change of the Forum E&R  which has been selected as Common Transformation Action (ACT)  in the RIO+20 and beyond!

We accompany the campaign with the Common Transformation Action to develop in a simultaneous and global way in order to call to the governments of the world that this year, 2012, they realise their collective, common and different responsibilities according to their level of power and effect, in the creation of a plan so that the population of Kiribati who are without land in this century, as a result of climate change; and in the creation of a protocol in order to legally convert in cases of refugee those displaced as a result of climate change.

The consultation period to agree an ACT! is 9   - 31 May 2012.

The proposal which has the most support will be the ACT! 2012.

We also invite organisations to sign this CALL  to multiply and reinforce the voice of the people of the world.

 

Take Part in the Consultation

Indicating the support of the proposal no.2 CUR  – Charter of Universal Responsibilities and urgency of the situation of environmental objectives due to climate change. And express (through comments) the maximum level of commitment to support it.

How to take part ?

1. In order to take part, you must register with a username and password at this link: new user.
2. If you are registered, you only have to put your name and password in the blue box in the top right and then you can access the forums.
3. In this consultation you can indicate the grade of support for the Common Transformation actions proposed, using the following colour scale:

GREEN-Strongly  ORANGE-support Medium   RED-Oppose     GRAY-Not sure/No opinion

* N.B. You can only chose the ‘strongly support’ option a maximum of three times
Through comments you can add the level of commitment in relation to the ACT!

4. When you have finished answering the forum you have to click “Send form and close”.

Atualmente estudo Relações Internacionais no Brasil, participo da extensão : Direito Internacional da Pessoa Humana. Realmente o movimento dos deslocados com mais de 30 milhões de pessoas no mundo todo me deixa muito preocupado, pretendo apresentar um artigo cientifico ainda este ano com este tema muito importante, sequencialmente uma proposta cientifica profunda para o território brasileiro e amplitude internacional.
